We partner with institutional capital and family offices to create value by actively managing property assets, through delivering planning enhancement, development, leasing and implementing innovative financing strategies.
The group’s portfolio spans strategic land, residential development and commercial real estate investments, as well as thematic platforms with a current focus on the social housing sector.
What we do
Lenrose participates in the UK real estate market through three principal business lines:

Lenrose promotes land for housing-led development, working closely with partners to deliver new residential communities. Through our thoughtful investment, planning and placemaking, we aim to leave a positive, enduring legacy.
Lenrose adopts a partnership model to its land transactions, working closely with Local Government, Housebuilders and Institutional Investors to maximise value (both commercial and social) over the long term.
Companies managed by Lenrose currently own freehold sites that are being promoted to deliver over 1,000 homes, as well as sites held in partnerships with capacity for over 5,000 homes.

Lenrose manages commercial real estate investments on behalf of its institutional and family office joint venture partners and its own private accounts.
We target investments in the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors across the core-plus and value add risk spectrums.
Our focus is on identifying and delivering high-quality assets that can be actively managed to meet occupiers’ evolving demands, ensuring sustainable occupancy and good rental growth prospects. Lenrose also structures the financing (equity and debt) to deliver the business plan.

Lenrose forms partnerships with specialist operating partners to create sector specific real estate investment platforms.
We target transactions where we can actively work with partners to directly provide or procure financial backing, either through equity or loan financing, and add value through long-term strategic management support.
Our current focus is on developing scalable platforms within the social housing sector.
